Some of your duties:

As Knowledge & Legal Tech Advisor, you will find yourself at the exciting intersection of knowlegde, data and technology. With the rise of GenAI, there is no better place to work! In this versatile role, you will work with colleagues from different departments and act as a liaison between the Knowledge Management & Innovation (KM&I) department and our lawyers and notaries. You will be responsible for the management and use of various legaltech tools by the practice: think of relationship management with suppliers, monitoring usage, providing training to lawyers and optimally setting up the tools in files. But also think about developing our GenAI platform by, among other things, linking valuable databases the management of our prompt library. The team

You will become part of Stibbe's KM&I team. This department is responsible for maintaining know-how and legal content via Stibbe's (digital) library and AI-driven knowledge systems. The efficient disclosure of this carefully accumulated knowledge is central to us. We also have a strong focus on innovation. We are constantly looking for new legaltech solutions that fit into our technical organisation and ensure the right selection, implementation and adoption, so that our lawyers can make optimal use of these tools. You will work closely with other professionals in the KM&I department and you will be managed and supervised by the Director Knowledge Management & Innovation.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a decisive professional with an academic working and thinking level, who feels at home in the legal profession and enjoys helping people change. You preferably have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the legal sector. Affinity with legal tech and innovation is required. Experience with GenAI, delivering training and knowledge of project management are a plus.

  • You keep an overview of your own work, set priorities and monitor deadlines;
