Stibbe is looking for an experienced employment lawyer, effective immediately, for the fast-growing Employment, Pensions & Incentives practice group.
As an employment lawyer, you will be part of the growing Employment, Pensions & Incentives practice group. This practice group offers a challenging and stimulating working environment for ambitious and driven employment lawyers. With three partners and thirteen staff members, it is one of the largest employment and pension law practice groups in the Netherlands. We work for large companies and advise and litigate on individual and collective dismissals, collective bargaining law, employee participation, strikes, reorganisations, pension law and remuneration issues.
Profile
We are looking for a candidate with three to six years of relevant work experience within employment law. Your knowledge of employment law is excellent, you have excellent legal skills, you are proactive, a team player, flexible and know how to convince. Litigation experience is an advantage. Furthermore, you are client-oriented and enterprising and are keen to develop further in other areas, such as training and supervising juniors. Our lawyers make a substantial contribution to sharing professional knowledge, for example through presentations and publications in professional journals. Such contributions are highly appreciated and encouraged.
